About Oil wax leather

Oil wax leather is a kind of cowhide leather making process, which is quite different from ordinary cowhide. It is the darling of high-end furniture leather. Oil wax leather is a special leather effect formed by polishing, oiling, and waxing the first layer of cowhide. It is a fashionable leather craft with antique artistic effect, and it is also the leather material of choice for major world brands.

It has strong water and oil absorption, and the color of the leather surface will become darker when it adheres to the water and oil. In fact, it is these characteristics of oil wax leather that make it feel nostalgic and vicissitudes of life. The shiny surface effect of the oily wax skin is as if a layer of oily wax has been rubbed on the surface of the leather. It is hazy, as long as the leather is folded or rubbed, you will see the blending of the complexion and the background color.

Good air permeability:

Oil wax leather has good air permeability. Unlike cheap leather, the surface is coated with a thick coating to cover up the flaws of the leather. Not easy to mildew:
