A: The material mainly comes from sizable tanneries in Brazil and Pakistan. 

Q. What are your terms of payment?

A.For small order valued less than 5,000 USD, half deposit required with the order, balance to be paid on completion of the order.

For order valued more than 10,000 USD, the payment could be made by irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at site.
For new customers, bank and trade references are required with the order.

Q. What is your pricing policy?

A.Prices are quoted in Euro US dollar and GBP as per customer requirement. Prices are likely to remain firm in future. However, all quoted prices have certain period of validity and therefore subject to our final confirmation. Any changes in the shipping costs or insurance rates are on account of the buyer. Better price options are offered for FCL shipments.

Q. What is order lead time or delivery time? 
A.We can provide the best lead time depending upon the type of the product. The standard lead time for repetitive products is 30 days.

Q. Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time?
A.The production starts after the approval of samples. For sample approval, we need to get customer’s logo, if required, specific raw material input and complete product detail from customer.

Q. What is your policy regarding product samples and dispatch?
A.The product samples are offered free of charge on the condition that they will be returned to us in same condition within 30 days if they are no longer required but we have to ask for the freight costs. We would require your FedEx, DHL, UPS account number to enable us to send you the samples on collect air freight basis.
