About Cowhide Nubuck leather

Nubuck leather is a type of top-grain leather that is produced by sanding the surface to remove scars or coarse fibers, thereby revealing a neat and moist fibrous structure. It is then dyed in a variety of popular colors. When you touch its surface, if it feels silky smooth (with the grain processed into thick leather), it indicates that the leather is soft, full, and elastic. The nubuck leather used in footwear is generally more textured and specially treated, with a very soft, velvety surface. Its style is distinctly different from that of ordinary leather, offering an excellent texture and good thermal performance, making it warm to wear. In addition, it features good breathability, outstanding dyeing properties, high color fastness, a pleasant hand feel, and a cool, comfortable touch.
